Ordering Process

Overview

Rock Bottom Tile and Stone offers a wide variety of natural stone, tile and other building products. You can order products directly from our on-line catalogue or by calling, emailing or faxing. All users will be able to work directly with a consultant via email or telephone to answer questions about products, pricing, shipping and delivery. Our goal is to make the process as convenient and reliable as possible. Your comments and suggestions for improvements are always appreciated.

The majority of the products listed on the site are readily available to ship from more than 200 distribution warehouses and/or manufacturing plants. The price(s) quoted on our site are based on cost points from specific locations. Your consultant will explore the best combination of product and freight prices so you get the most competitive rates. When ordering multiple items shipping to the same location, we will try to consolidate the items, if possible, to facilitate savings. All orders are confirmed by a Rock Bottom consultant regardless of whether you place the order through the order system or via telephone, email or fax. Stone and tile are commodity markets, so pricing and availability will fluctuate with market demand unless a confirmed order is in place.

Large Volume / Factory Direct Orders

When ordering more than 2,000 SF of tile, you will qualify for volume discounts. Also, for larger orders, if your time frame permits, Rock Bottom can place your order directly with the primary stage manufacturing plant and facilitate the most direct shipping route to your delivery location. Our global supply chain team will work to obtain the best prices in the world, literally.
